Quality organic coffee from Brazil
If you have a sweet spot for chocolaty notes and quality organic coffee, you will be delighted with Brasil Santos Bio and its lingering aftertaste of nougat, caramel and almond. This organic coffee is grown in southern Minas Gerais, Brazil, where coffee cultivation represents the main source of income for a large part of the local population. So, it is no surprise that this area accounts for half of Brazil’s entire coffee production. However, as certified-organic coffee plants have a comparatively lower yield and require more effort and commitment than conventionally grown plants, this type of coffee is hard to come by in Brazil. The beans for this rarity coffee are sourced from several smallholder organic farms, and blended together to create a unique cup profile.
