Very mild and easily digestible, Sofie is the ideal coffee for daily consumption. It beautifully blends a combination of wet-processed Arabica beans from three different countries – Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Guatemala – as well as dry-processed Arabica from Brazil. The result is a balanced, harmonious coffee with a fine body and chocolaty, nutty taste that makes Sofie a big favourite among filter and mocha coffee drinkers. Sofie is particularly suitable for long black coffees from fully automatic machines.
