A big favourite of coffee connoisseurs, Misiones Colombia has lovely sweet notes of wild berries and redcurrant, and a light note of cocoa. Its flavours fill the mouth and flatter the palate at the first sip. Misiones Colombia is made from coffee cherries that grow slowly at 1,600 to 1,800 metres on the steep volcanic slopes of the Andes. The cherries are harvested by hand with great care, then washed and de-pulped to be fed into the fermentation plant. As a final step, the coffee beans are dried.
