This course will help you to sharpen your sense of taste. We will show you the correct technique for tasting coffee and how to evaluate the results. You will also learn the basics of sensory perception and the role played by the sense of smell. But more importantly, you will acquire the skill to recognise and name all the different aromas, as well as learn how to assess the various taste qualities of coffee and how to put this skill into practice.
