The SCA Coffee Brewing courses offer you comprehensive knowledge of all the different methods of preparation – from the old-fashioned moka pot to more complex methods such as V60, French press, Aeropress and more. You will be taught how to use the equipment properly and all the crucial factors that come into play to achieve the perfect cup of coffee. We will then discuss and analyse the results together. The course syllabus also covers the following topics: the right grinding grade for each appliance, the role of water in filter coffee, using the scientific method to determine coffee strength and correct evaluation of coffee extraction.
