A gem of a specialty coffee
Geisha is one of the most sought-after coffees in the world – and not without reason. With its light notes of citrus, scent of wild berries, sweet honey flavour and gentle herbal notes, this wonderful filter coffee has achieved a sensational SCA score of 88 points. It comes from the Finca Misiones, where premium coffees are cultivated according to environmentally sustainable methods. Geisha owes its excellent quality to the volcanic slopes and the ideal climate where its coffee cherries grow. The cherries are harvested by hand and processed wet with the greatest care. We source our Geisha coffee through direct trade, so that the finca can pay its workers higher wages and finance other projects such as the construction of accommodation facilities and schools for the farmers’ children. The beans are then given the finishing touches in our roastery in Völs and packed in aroma-proof packaging before resuming their journey… to your home, perhaps?
